Unikta’s terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchase agreements concluded by the customer with Unikta Oy. By placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions.

Registering as a customer:
To register as a customer, you must have a business ID.


Prices:
All prices are quoted in euros and are VAT exclusive. VAT in force will be added to the prices shown in the catalogues and in the online shop.

Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices.
We reserve the right to make textual and visual errors in the online shop and catalogues. In the case of products that are clearly incorrectly priced, Unikta Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.
Technical errors may occur on the website and can be reported to customer service at info@unikta.com.


Delivery terms and conditions
Delivery costs for domestic parcel deliveries are 9,90e/shipping (VAT 0%).
Orders over €220 (VAT 0%), or otherwise agreed will be delivered free of charge.
For pallet deliveries and large items, we deliver to the recipient’s loading dock or to the goods reception on the street level.
We charge delivery charges for postal parcels not received. An uncollected consignment does not constitute a cancellation of the order and does not relieve the recipient of any responsibility for delivery costs already incurred.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 5-8 days. The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery times of the products. If the order contains products that are not currently in stock, the order will be delivered only when all products are ready for shipment. In this case, we will contact the customer separately. The delivery time is indicative and not binding on the sender. If your order is urgent, please mention this when placing your order.


Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by delayed delivery.


Returns
Customer returns must be agreed separately with our customer service: info@unikta.com . Contact must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
The product must be returned within 14 days of the date on which the return was agreed with our customer service.
Products are not returnable if the reason for the return is other than the defective quality of the product or an error in the product information.
The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products. Products returned in breach of the terms and conditions will not be refunded or returned.


Complaints
Comments about transport damage must be made at the time of receipt of the shipment.
Comments on orders and invoices must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods or invoice.
Comments on the quality of the products must be made to us within a reasonable time without further delay.


Terms of payment
The payment term for invoice customers is 14 days net unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.
The interest rate for late payment is 9%.
Unikta Ltd reserves the right to request an advance payment if the subscriber has any discrepancies in their credit information or payment history.
